Terrible service - staff was arrogant and entitled. Made trying to buy a vehicle seem like an inconvenience. Was told What I wanted to hear right up until the time to sign the paperwork and then was given the hard sell. When they realized they couldn’t sell me the vehicle with the specs I wanted they made zero effort to make up for their mistake and instead became condescending about my options and tried to sell me specs I didn’t want. Extremely unprofessional. Will never buy from Volvo Halifax
